A year of rhythm, from the first day to the end-of-year show
Eight highlights, five holiday periods, camps, outings and Saturdays with a difference.

The whole year, term by term
The school follows the French calendar for holidays. Exact dates are shared with families at the start of the year.
What we celebrate, and where we go
Back to school
A staggered start in small groups, and time with the class teacher.
School outing
A museum, the zoo or a park in Yaoundé, building on what is being covered in class.
Christmas party
Carols, decorations made in class and a snack shared with families.
International Bilingualism Week
From Monday 25 to Friday 29 January 2027: stories, songs, workshops and games, entirely in English.
Carnival
A fancy-dress parade in the playground; costumes are made in the creative workshop.
Nature day
Sowing, watering and harvesting in the vegetable garden: the year’s eco-citizenship project.
Open day
In May 2027: drop in to see the classrooms, the sensory room and the vegetable garden, with the team on hand.
End-of-year show
Drama, dance and singing. Every child has a part, suited to what they can do.
Everyday life, just as it happens
Photos are taken by the team over the weeks, in the classrooms, in the vegetable garden and in the playground.

School doesn’t stop at 3:30 pm
Saturdays, holidays, summer: the school stays open to a different rhythm, always on registration.
Saturdays
The school occasionally opens on Saturdays for special activities, announced in advance.
Holiday camps
During the school holidays, activities are offered on registration, by the day or by the week.
Summer programme
A summer programme runs depending on registrations, with a lighter schedule and lots of time outdoors.
Birthdays
Celebrated in class at the family’s request, with a cake they bring in.
