This is the one point on which the school never compromises. Written permission is requested from the family before any photograph showing their child is published. Until it is signed, the child is never shown face-on: images show them from behind, from a distance, or with their face hidden.

No surname, class, timetable or precise location is ever linked to a child’s photo. A family can withdraw consent at any time, without having to give a reason: the photo is then removed from the website, and replaced if necessary.

The contact form collects your name, phone number, email address, the reason for your request and your message. Depending on the reason chosen, only one extra piece of information is requested: your child’s age, the day that suits you, the subject of your question or the position you are applying for.

Nothing else is collected. The website does not ask for a postal address, identity documents or bank details, and no payments are made on it: fees are paid at the school, in cash, by bank transfer or with Orange Money.

Messages sent via the website go to the head of school, who answers them personally. They are never passed on to third parties, never sold or exchanged, and never used for marketing: the school does not send out a newsletter.

A request that goes no further is deleted after twelve months. The file of a child who is actually enrolled falls under the school’s own record-keeping rules, not those of this website.

The school holds three official documents. The numbers and dates are not published online: the documents themselves can be seen at the school by anyone who asks.

Licence to operate, issued by the Ministry of Basic Education (MINEDUB) after inspection of the premises, the staff and the educational project.

Accreditation from the relevant Cameroonian authorities: it recognises that the school meets the requirements to run a micro-nursery, a pre-school and a primary school.

Tax registration with the Cameroonian tax authorities. The taxpayer number appears on the documents given to families.

“International school” is the school’s name and describes its project: two languages every day and a welcome to families from all backgrounds. It is not a label. The school is a private institution under Cameroonian law, owns its premises and is not affiliated with any foreign network.
